WTB 52 F-1 Frame
My 427 has literally eaten my frame.
Local frame shop quoted me a price to straighten my frame that would force me to sell one of the children to get the work done. Then i would still have to weld up the cracks. yeah yeah yeah give me a bunch of crap about how I should have boxed and gusseted the whole thing and not just the 4 link back in the day. :) If anyone in the middle Tennessee region has one they would be willing to part with for a decent price let me know. I would rather start from scratch again as i need a square frame for IFS and proper big block Ford handling. PS mods if in wrong section please move me. |
I couldn't be as far away from you. A friend has this frame for sale.

will he ship to So Cal? Anything can be shipped if you can find a transporter. Of course, for the right price, delivery may be available to the SoCal area. Email sent. |
I just wanted to bum this thread for 2 reasons...
1. my frame is toast 2. alot of posts about guys switching to explorer frames. So if anyone is switching out their frame and wants to make some money back on the cost please get in touch with me. I simply need a 48-52 frame in good shape. Unfortunately i cannot afford to have one shipped across country. So economics is a factor. my budget is between 500-1k for a donor to my front door. |

If you go to the UserCP, and edit your Location, then we'd know where your front door is. Saves everyone a lot of time looking it up. It's under Edit Your Details, down quite a ways under Additional Information.
