November FTE Missouri chapter chat & BS thread, all welcome.
Wow, I can't believe I'm the one starting the November BS thread.
So since you ladies can't remember to start the November thread I'm sure you don't know you only have 50 shopping days until Christmas :D |
Dan, thanks for starting the nov thread.

This is the first Halloween that the kids didn't go out. It was raining here, two have this stomach thing that's going around, and the last 2 weeks at work have been, well, interesting. We just sat at home watching DVDs.
Alan - I've been introduced to that butt to the ankle pain. I don't know how you do what you do if you have to deal with that on a regular basis. I'm doing better, but I still have bad days once in a while. |
Well my back is not any better this am, so I have had to postpone my travel for a week.....
|
well been a long day.. moved my 41 over to the shop hope to get to work on it again soon.. did get the window garnish painted for the 51 so it is closer to being done.. chip if you are around drop me a line..i checked those 2 remote transfer cases out..they are both right hand ones.. either dodge or international i guess..let me know if i should bring them or not
|
sorry to hear you had to postpone rich.. maybe a few days rest will help with the pain
|
All day in the chair on meds and a heating pad, its not getting any better.
|
RC - I have Chips phone # if you don't hear from him...
|
thanks dave.. he messaged me a bit ago.. ya'll better get some rest..may be a busy day tomorrow...:)
|
Busy is fine with me.

Rich, does that mean you'll be down for the G2G, or are you still trying to loosen up your back? Either way, just rest and get better. I guess now wouldn't be a good time to ask if you could throw that Dana in the back of the Dodge for me. }> J/K!!!
Happy November Everyone! Well, I heard the beast run last night. I just hot wired it and used the remote starter button to light it off. ....I'm not impressed. We see how it does once I get everything hooked up properly and a good supply of fuel going to it. Two minor problems I had. I'm not as fast as I used to be and a back fire singed quite a bit of hair on my head. SO, I'm off to get a haircut first thing. :o Two, it does have AMAZING oil pressure. I didn't notice the oil gallery wasn't plugged up until it fired off. I sure noticed it then! I got sprayed in the face with some high pressure oil. Oh well, that's what I get for being impatient and wanting to hear it run. |
Morning Missouri

Its hard to move quick at that altitude - the air is thinner and your reactions can be slower. It may also explain why the engine wasn't too impressive either.}> :D
