Well here is the date. Nov 2 Sat @ a time TBD but Alan gets to the shop early to start work.

Location is in Sparta Mo (south of Springfield and just east of Ozark) at Alan "earthquake68" new shop/garage and the HQ of Performance Inc.

Exact address to follow. I am sure Kabluey, Alice, Earthquake III and the C cab will be there.

Penny and I are planning on attending and maybe, just maybe ol Blue will grace you all with his presence by starting and showing up.

Penny and I can bring a grill and hardware to flip burgers. Chip you need to bring those awesome bacon burgers PLEASE.

We will have coolers and ICE and a few chairs and my portable picnic table and shade awning. FTE banner in tow of course.

Remember this is a kid and family event so no shenanigans. Drive what has gas and will start that day. Ford trucks preferred, but a chebby, dodge or toyota you have to park around back, lol JK

Let us know who and how many and when you can make it time wise, we will plan on a 12:00 grill light time. Since the shop does NOT have a phone, my cell # is 334-447-0048...and NO drunk text or dialing please.

Ice/coolers and cups will be covered by P&I and what ever else we need to bring.

I and two others...another Alan who is building a monster bus will be there with bacon patties. We'll probably be rolling in his Dodge minivan.

I might be in my Dodge... the way things are not starting and running around here....lol

BTW Alan set the date and I am just passing the word.

Any parts for Ms. Dent need hauled that way?

Nothing yet, this winter is when I should be getting her together, Alex has her new cab and front clip sitting in his shop ready for me to pick it up.

I'll also have a grill, burgers and buns, so if you can't grab some food on the way, you won't starve. Earthquake, Alice and Ka'Bluey will definitely be there.

Can't say for sure if I'll be there or not. Long haul from here, do have a few little pieces Alan forgot when him & Alice hauled BlackBird down here for me. Best to see what kinda funds I have that Fri.

I'm going to do everything I can to make it down there.

i should be there.. probably have a little skinny dog with me..and maybe dustyn... i wont be driving a ford unless i get one together by then.. but seems unlikely

Its more about the friendship these days, and its a love of all things automotive that brings us together.

And being a Ford Truck Enthusiasts too....

Besides, I'll have enough Ford trucks there for a bunch of us. :D

I have been passing along a PM invitation to the G2G to any FTE Missouri members that have recently been on FTE.

There are a lot of Ford truck Missouri folks that have not stopped by the monthly chat and BS thread....I wonder why?

There are a # of them out there and a # with 73-79 rigs....Come on by folks and stop by and introduce yourselves, we don't bite and are all pretty much normal.

May try to come over and introduce myself, trying to decide if i want to a cattle auction at Joplin or go East to Sparta which is closer.

NORMAL?????????....... have you ever taken a good look at this bunch... most of us have more trucks sitting around than we can count without taking our shoes off...:)
