Looks like the higher ups have given the ok to hire a new dispatcher for my shift. They just posted the opening.

Does that mean you'll be on days?

So do I Rick. The one they are replacing was a morn. From what I understand and have heard through the grapevines the person she now works for has gone through 5 administrative assistants in the past couple of years.

Sadly no Rick. Only way I will go to days is if the senior most guy retires ( which doesnt look likely) or one of the 2 women that work days leaves. One wont leave until her kids are out of college which is at least 6 years away.
