egr troubleshoot help

hey guys I have had my 01 f150 4.6 for about 6 months now. Has always run a little rough but just barely noticeable. The last month or so my cel has been on and getting a p0401\p0302 code for egr insufficent flow and cyl 2 misfire. I know it is firing on 2 because I have replaced all coils and plugs since I bought it. My main question is should I look at dpfe sensor or vaccum solenoid or since the 401 code has the 302 along with it should I look towards pulling the manifold and plenum to clean blocked passages?

removing theThrottle Body Housing (TBH)...and cleaning it...will reveal 2 EGR ports...that tend to get clogged up over time.

with TBH removed then one can remove the Idle Air Control (IAC)
and clean it as well. the 2 previous things to do are considered just good maintenance and may not address the 401 code

the 302 hints that there is issue with the #2 cyl coil and or plug or the connection to the coil.

look the vacuum lines over carefully that are associated withe EGR sytem
