Help please
 

I noticed there are several, local, 6.0 owners. I Posted this in the 6.0 forum and got no response, can anyone help?
05, 350, 4X4 w/EGR delete and SCT tuner set on street. When I punch it from a stop, it takes a few seconds to pick up, then it shifts hard. If I don't punch it, it shifts smooth. Is that normal?
