1950 F1 lower front fender patch panels

I can't seem to find the patch panels for the lower front fenders. Mine are rotted out by the grill and I need the patch panels but I cannot find them again.

I don't believe they make a patch. I had to do mine also (fairly common) so just bent some 16ga sheet to the shape, trimmed it to fit, and welded it in. Did the same with both cab corners and multiple patches on the fenders, both front and back. The only compound curves are on the fender corners, everything else is fairly easy to make yourself with basic hand tools.

You can buy new bottom halves from Northern Classic Trucks for $550 a pair otherwise you'll have to make you own patch panels.

Hey Zcar,
Welcome Aboard! We tried patch panels from LMC & several other vendors but we ended up finally using ones made by a member on here for the cab corners, door sills, etc. If you drop a note to "Reamer" on here his patch panels fit correctly.

Good luck over there in New Jersey. Post some pics so we can see what you are working with. It's good to see another '50 owner joining our group.
