threaded hole in front of block?

The 460 I'm working on has a threaded hole in the front of the block between the fuel pump & cylinder bank. It looks like an oil hole but the oil pressure sending unit is behind the intake manifold so what goes in that hole on a pickup? (engine was out of a lincoln)

It is an oil pressure sending unit port, Ford used multiple configurations in the different cars/trucks they put the motors in.
