new brake booster
 

i got my new booster in yesterday and i was reading over the instructions and they dont add up , they want me to measure from hood hinge bolt on firewall well on a 53 they ant on firewall ,so what i have done is place the inside bracket inside the best i can and drill a pilot hole out and start that way ,, is there anything else i need to beware of ????

well i got the booster on and it clears everything just fine, , i started from the inside and worked outside, , it alines up just fine, i got the master cyl bench bleed ok now all i like is bleeding the wheels, , , then i have to put the dash back together, , i am changing the dash cluster to speedo, tach, and 4 small ones, , i am looking where to get one , man they are pricey 160$ ,, it will look better with that setup, ,
