Ford f150 with 4'' lift pictures
 

As I was doing all my research for my lift kit I kept looking for pictures of before and after. It was hard to come by and I found many people looking for the same thing. I just put a 4'' lift on my 2005 F150 and am posting its picture below. I hope this help!

JJoyce11, that lift looks great! What lift did you decide to go with. I was thinking the Rancho 4" Quicklift. From what I understand, it keeps the suspension geometry happy. Thanks ahead of time for the info :)

I did the 4" suspension lift by BDS. Most the companies, reputable companies to me, have discontinued the 4" lift so before your set and stone on a company I would call the shop you plan to do it or the company if your installing yourself to make sure they still have it. I knew what I wanted and went to order and the mechanic and myself found out the bad news about all the discontinued product at the same time. BDS is a bit expensive but I have heard nothing but great first hand experience with their product quality. If your not doing off roading and its more for looks then a cheaper brand would be ok. The geometry didn't effect me. I did have to get different rims to accomidate it though.good luck
