head bolts

does anyone know if there are any head bolts that would interchange with a '62 223 from a newer Ford engine??

Do you need some? I'm sure I have some used 223 head bolts here

I am looking for new replacements.

Thanks for the offer.......Dude

What would be wrong with simply using the correct replacement bolts?

Nothing. I have not found any yet..............

Anything classified as a "newer" engine, is most likely going to have torque to yield bolts. They are not reusable.

For older engines, head bolts are reusable.

Thanks for that info .. I will check that out.
