also, it took me up until i was putting the potatoes on the grill to remember that my 5 hours of labor on saturday sat at home in the fridge still..

i made 4 lbs of cajun goose jerky for the purpose of bringing it to the gtg. :/

well it started as a Canada goose but i'm pretty sure i said "CHOOOT UMMM" like troy from swamp people when we shot, so that counts right?

no actually i have a cajun seasoning from Dublin Jerky.

Darn, I missed the group picture! It was a real pleasure meeting everyone yesterday and I hope to make it to another one! We just might have to come with two trucks that time...
