2005 Ford Escape CEL P0171 P0174

Any help on this would be GREATLY appreciated! I feel like I need to start from the beginning. I had over 100,000 miles on my truck and it had been misfiring for a while so I decided to change the spark plugs. Well, for those of you who don't know, there is a bulletin (not a recall) out for 05/06 Ford escapes and others that states that the wrong plugs were put in at the factory and if you don't change all the coils when you change the plugs the pcm will burn out. Well, that's what happened to me. I had to replace plugs, all 6 coils and buy a new pcm and also pay a locksmith for a re-keying. After and because all of these were replaced, the catalytic converters (2) were the next to go. However, in the meantime I cleaned the MAF, replaced the pcv valve, changed air filter, replaced air intake gaskets, sea foamed (4 part) and an oil change. I still have these P0171 and P0174 codes. When I start the car it idles up for a bit and then settles down. When I start out at low speeds it will kinda "jerk" into gear or bog down and after that everything is fine. Engine actually sounds great. Below is the freeze frame data from my CarMD. Can anyone narrow this down by looking at this data? I am so sick of throwing parts at this vehicle and cannot afford to take it to the shop.
