coolant leak

I just started getting the dripping heater hose drip over the spark plug.It is leaking at the "T" that routes coolant to the rear heat.
Being new to Ford I'm not sure if somebody makes replacement hoses or if this a dealer fix. Being Sunday no one is open around here to speak to.
Thanks
Rob

I know this is an old post, but my 08 Nav has the exact problem now. Is this a relatively common and easy fix, or should I go to the dealer? Thanks.

If it looks like it just unclamps, I would get the part at dealer and install yourself.

Thanks. I found a blown-up pic of the heater hose assembly and it appears that there are 3 different parts. I will see if I can order those and try it myself.

Thank you.

Does anyone know if you need special tools to replace the part?
