1979 F250 Snowfighter in Ohio

http://http://i374.photobucket.com/albums/o...F8C08BFE17.jpg

I've got a 1979 F250 for sale in Ohio. It has a 351M, C6, NP205, and Dana 60s front and rear including the High Pinion Reverse Spiral front axle offered on the Snowfighter package. It also has the Heavy Duty radiator, cab lights, high capacity alternator and trans cooler.

The body was redone in 2000 by the previous owner. The engine bay was not redone.

The engine has an Edelbrock Performer intake and Edelbrock 600 CFM carburetor.

The brake booster/master cylinder are new with new lines down to the proportioning valve. The calipers and pads are new on the front as well.

The charging system is new as well. The truck has front and rear tanks, though only the rear is currently hooked up. The switch and relay are in place.

The truck comes with a set of American Racing five slot slanted rims with B.F. Goodrich All Terrains with great tread, but they are weather checked.

I also have a set of four Hurricane/Turbine style rims as well.

I can take pictures of anything you'd like to see, as well as answer any questions you might have.

Questions about your '79 F250

I don't know anything about Ford trucks. I'm looking for a truck w/o
electronics except for the radio and one that is AWD.

1) Is the High Pinion Reverse Spiral front axle the differential? If so, does it
work the same or similar to the Torsen differential in that it drives both
wheels but allows each wheel to move at different speeds?

2)Can you post or email photos of all 4 sides and the engine compartment?

3) Is there any rust on the body?

4) Are the hubs automatic?

5) Is the engine and transmission strong? If I did purchase your truck, I
would drive out to OH and tow my Jetta TDI back. Don't know exactly
how to do that yet.

1. Yes and yes

2. Yes, I can post pics in a day or so.

3. There is a small amount in the bed. A few quarter sized holes above the passenger side tire.

4. The hubs are not automatic, you have to get out and physically lock them in.

5. I don't know where you live. I think the truck would be up to it, but your wallet and butt might not. Also, there's no cruise control...
