351w choking when running cold???

My 351w hates running cold, im driving 25mph and when i apply the accelerator it wont go more than 25mph. As the motor warms up it drives normal. Basically my truck sounds and is choking when the the engine is cold.......What could lead to this problem?

Pull codes.
When was the last tune-up performed on the truck? Could be dirty TB, faulty ECT, ACT, TPS, O2 sensor. These are just guesses.

Well ive never had any of that changed or even looked at although i should, ive done the basics only, spark plugs/wires, and filters. And recently changed the radiator. It does have a check engine light that comes on after 20 minutes or so driving it
