Question about window seals, 1963 Ford Club Wagon Deluxe
 

Hi Bill,

We have some questions about window seals. We have the Dennis Carpenter catalog and are looking at Page 144 for window seals.

1. The diagram shows "D" as the windows that are in the door. On our van these windows open and close. There are two options for window seals:
Part No. C2UZ-8941954-A (& notch)
Part No. C2UZ-8941954-C (w/o notch)
We've looked at the windows but don't notice a "notch" but aren't sure what that means. Which of these parts is the right choice for our van? The interior seals are ok on this van. We need just need the outer seal (?) that the glass sets in. Are we looking at the right parts? They sure seem expensive, especially compared to the front windshield seal which is only $40.

2. We also need all seals for the front doors (vent seal and door window) but we don't see where they are available to purchase in the catalog and don't know part numbers. We see Front Door parts on Pager 143 but don't want the door seals, just all window seals. Also, need anti-rattler kit for both doors. We see them on Page 100 for 61-66 pickup but aren't sure they are the right parts for the Club Wagon Deluxe.

Just wanting to order the right parts! By the way, we bought the grille from Green Sales and felt lucky to get the last one available anywhere!
