1999 f 250 reverse works no drive
 

Alright guys I really need some help. I know my stuff when it comes to cars especially fords. I got a 99 f250 with the 5.4l 4R100 Trans. I have great revers but when I put it into drove it rolls ar idle speed no matter how much gas I give it. It revs like its in nuetral. Ive replaced OSS and VSS. (On Trans and on rear end) it also has a blinking od light. My personal thought is the internal clutches. Anyone have any other I deas? If so please help.
