shops or big enough storage space rent
 

I live in bismarck and im looking for a heated shop or storage area to rent thats big enough to bring my 1979 f150 restoration project from my hometown to work on so i dont have to go back and forth from carrington to work on it. pm me, email me at taylorbickett@hotmail.com or text/call me at 701-307-0865.

i would be bringing my pickup, pickup parts, tool box, and work bench (if there isnt one in there already.) I have everything to keep the shop clean so there will be no issue there. :-X22

There are a bunch up by Peterbuilt/UPS area. Idk what the rent is a month tho.

for true shop space is friggin expensive. im renting a 1300 sq foot heated shop with heat water and power for 790 per month + utilitys. well off the beaten path on the mandan side of the river. and it took me a long time to find one that cheap. from the sounds of sounds like you could get buy with smaller. i needed a shop i could work on a semi truck in. and needed heat water and power and a floor drain. might look to see if you can find a large storage unit with electrical you could heat it with a ready heater.
