2010 All Wheel Drive Ford Flex, Only front tires turning?
 

Hey guys, i'm usually cruising the 7.3 diesel side of this forum but today i stopped in to this part of the forum because i need your guys advice. Today we had a 2010 ford flex 3.5 come in, which is suppose to be All Wheel Drive is only front wheel drive, a good customer reffered these guys to us hoping we could tell them it's not the transfer case, or PTU as ford has told me it's called in these. There is no grinding or anything whatsoever, but you can put it up on the lift and turn the rear driveshaft and the rear wheels will turn, it will just not do it off of the engines power. I know there is an actuator in the vehicle, but i do not know what voltage or ohm too look for to tell if it is bad. Can you guys help me out with this issue at all? I sincerely appreciate you guys reading this thread and any help you can give.
