Bronchitis

Cough and it hurts. It developed with that tendency to want/need to cough without any prior cold/flu/sore throat symptoms. It started Wednesday afternoon and steadily got worse yesterday, so I called Pat and had her to call and get me a Dr. appointment for today. No way...he was booked solid so I would have to either go to the "Doc-in-the-Box" or have him call something in to the druggist.

Two horse pills yesterday evening and then one for the next three days. Then there is the customary bottle of red stuff. One teaspoon every 4 hours and that stuff has me staggering and coo coo as a goose. I need a designated driver. :-X21

You doing better Lynn?

Knothole 01-01-2013 04:11 PM

Yes, and it finally is breaking loose and not rattling so badly. The meds were keeping me awake, my head was foggy, and I was just goofy most of the time. Decongestants put most folks to sleep, but they keep me awake big time.

How about your gall bladder fight?

I've had that problem too. Damn things make me loopy.

I started sleeping laying flat this past weekend. Got the super glue off my incisions. Finally bled off/absorbed all the air that got left in my chest cavity which was causing massive pain. Particularly felt like my collar bones & sometimes shoulder blades were being cracked.

Heads up people.
There is a really nasty bug going around that is knocking folks down.
It is kind of a flu bug.
There have been deaths associated with it.
If you feel ill don't take a chance with it.
