1975 F 250 steering coulumn issue

Took the steering gear box off the truck and found a split in 2 ragjoint. That would be an easy fix. However, the flange on the column shaft ( the piece the ragjoint bolts to) moves up and down- which caused the clocking holes in the flange to wear, excessive steering play. Can i get bushings/bearings for the column and repair it? Can't seem to find any info at my regular parts place. Oh yeah, its a two wheel drive camper special with a 460, auto, 1975 F 250. Any help/info appreciated.
