Finally Changed the Plugs
I took the plunge this weekend and changed the plugs. I was starting to experience a miss and my mileage was going in the crapper, worst then usual that is. I went with the seafoam induction service / impact wrench with a engine. All went well. I switched over to the champion double platinum plugs with some anti seize on them. The only place I couldn't get the impact wrench in was the passenger side rear most plug. It was tight back there; ended up just using a 3/8 ratchet. Thank God it was willing to come out.

Congrats. What was the mileage at the change? Hows it been running since?
Changed at 111k. So far so good. It's running great on the champions.
i have thoughgt about going with the impact wrench to remove mine aswell. Did you soak them in anything prior to using the impact?
I didn't but some guys have said they unscrew them a 1/4 to a 1/2 turn then spray PB down the hole and let it sit overnight. I only did the sea foam induction.

Do the 07 and up Expeditions have the 2-piece plugs?
i think so. Ive heard alot of things about them nreaking off in the heads
