Tire and rim question (on lowered truck)

Just wondering what you guys that have lowered you trucks have used for tire and rim set ups?

I'm not looking for types of rims or a certain style but for specs.

What can fit into the wheel well, front and back. I have a stock 9" in the truck. There wont be inner fenders (back plastic) and the box will have mini tubs.

I am looking for information on offsets, rim size (width and diameter) and what tire size you used.

I'm not a big fan of 20's or anything like that, I prefer more to have the old look where there is some rubber on the rim.

IMO, FTE guy "williamwilliam"s over in the Bumpside forum nailed the stance and the wheel n tire combo on his bump. I think it would equally cool on a Dentside:

Front: Stock 15-inch steel wearing 215/70-15s

Rear: 15x8 steel (4-inch B.S.) wearing 275/60-15s

Trying to find a pic of that on my mobile, not working. Isn't the rear track width of all bumps 4" narrower than a dent?

Found her, she is a sweety. he does have a bump 9" in her... My dent will tuck 275/60 on 10" with 4 inch backspacing with a bump rear housing. She is not lowered but been overloaded to that point.

That looks really good.

What size of rim is that xkpsanit?

Thanks for the info guys.

For those not inclined to search for williamwilliam's rig:

I like the fact that the top of the tires are not visible.

I'm a 4x4 guy but that thing is SWEET!! chrome on black is a classic look that never goes out of style, nice ride. :-X22

2x... if there is a 2WD rig to emulate I think he's got it... "simple elegance".

Williamwilliam has 8's with four back and I have 10's with four back same rubber. it'll tuck in a Dent with a bump rearend . so in my opinion. if you found 10's with sixish back they should do the same with a stock housing

Thanks but I am wondering if it is a 15 or 16 inch rim.
