Straight axle swap
 

I have a 88 f-150 that already has a 1/2 ton dana 44, what I'm wanting to know is; if I go higher can I use the drop radius arm brackets from a 79 kit or do I have to custom make brackets? Also can I convert the 1/2 ton dana 44 to 3/4 by changing the internals and spindles or would it just be easier to convert everything to leaf spring?
