94 F150 ZF 542 Runs great, needs floor (Philly)

1994 F150. Lots of newish parts: fenders, radiator, battery, tires, gas tanks all done in last 2-3 years. Converted to ZF S42 with new clutch put in, timing chain/water pump also roughly 3 years ago. 302, BW1356 manual shift transfer case.
Moved into the city and not going to get around to the cab swap.
Runs great, but needs some work - U joints all around. also the floor is entirely shot. Frame in decent shape, bed was swapped a couple years back and the back half got wire brushed/painted. Tires at 33x12.5 Yokohama on allow wheels.

Feel free to ask any questions, but it's an hour drive for me to meet you at the truck so I will need a $250 initial payment via paypal if you want to see it. It is what it is, and it will not pass inspection without redoing the floors and rockers.

Also comes with a quart of the basecoat to paint the bed. fenders are new, drivers side needs clear.

Willing to take suggestions on other plans of action. I'm pulling the front clip, trans/TC and wheels and scrapping if it's not gone as a whole in a week or so.

Truck has every single part (clutch, starter, crossmember, trans, driveshafts, pedals) to convert a standard cab/longbed to the ZF from auto.
