Ford 10.25 diff - stock fill plug thread pitch/ size
 

Rear diff fill plug on my ford 10.25 was semi rounded out...figured i could pound a junk ratchet in there...nope....heat around plug...nope....eventually rounded out...drove large torx in it...nope, rounded again...vise grips....nope..worked on it for almost 4 hours before i ended up drilling it...im right at the threads i think but wanna try and use stock threads and dont know thread size. Can someone tell me what it is?

IIRC it is 1/2" pipe. Guess you should of used a heat wrench

I heated it up with a small propane torch 3x....its all i had...no real torch set unfortunately. Ok, thx man!!
