Newbee here with trouble codes p0022

First off I really enjoy this site. I have been reading it for the last few days now and have found a lot awesome information.

Now for my problems I am having. I recently bought a 2005 2wd F150 5.4L with 135xxx miles on it. I bought it knowing it had a code of P0345. The PO stated that it would shutter every once in a while when he was putting around in parking lots and if he gave it gas it would quit. I also have reciepts of work that has been done in the last few months. He replaced timing chains, guides, ect... with the exception of the cam phasers. Had the drivers side VCT solenoid and cam sensor replaced, changed all spark plugs, and also changed the lifters on the drivers side. He also stated he had a mechanic hook up a oil pressure guage and it all tested good. Can not confirm that though.
Now since I have had the truck for about a week I know what the truck is doing. After it warms up when I stop or going through drive thru it will shutter like crazy and give that diesel sound. It has even died on me a few times in my yard just putting around.
The things I have done so far: I swapped sides of cam sensors, reset computer and code p0345 cam back. I then checked the VCT solinoids and confirmed one was new and the other didn't look dirty or bad so I swapped them from side to side to see if anything would change. I then got a code of just P0022. I decides to change the oil and filter just to be sure it had the right oil in it. It had a motorcraft oil filter on it so that makes me feel a little better. I replaced it with another motorcraft one. I had autozone reset the computer again and it is still showing P0022 with P0345 pending. I am going to replace the cam phasers, is there another thing I can check.
