Front end splayed out

My 1994 F150 xlt front wheels are splayed [see diagram] /---\
Is the caused by caster camber bushings and if so are they diffcult to replace?
I have never had to deal with twin i-beam suspension and not sure how expensive the tools would cost compared to having it done by a experienced mech.
Thanks in advance for all the advice,I love this old truck and not ready to give up on it!! :-jammin

My 92 4x4 was like that when I bought it a few months ago. I put in an add a leaf, replaced all 4 ball joints and replaced the pivot point bushings. Front end is now straight and tight as from the factory. stuff wears out over the years. i did it in my buddies driveway

Most of the time it is weak springs that cause that, IF the ball joints are in good shape...

You could have a few things going on. The ball joints could be worn out, a common issue on these. The front springs could be sagging, cracked or broken, causing the negative camber as well. Are you looking at the truck after backing it up? These trucks normally will camber-in when going backwards, they straighten out when going forward.

Jack one side up by the I beam so the tire is 4-5" off the ground. Take a long prybar and put it under the tire. Pry up while having a helper watch the ball joints.
