as far as I can see it has the drop brackets, looks like ball joints are bad to me

as far as the front end i messed with alot of bII ranger stuff back in the day and if it was off roaded alot (work the springs) the lift springs tend to sag and cause the front end to do that

In the picture it looks like your passenger side axle bracket isnt aligned correctly.
