massive oil blow out
 

We were pulling the camper to the lake . It blew a hpop line I suppose. Oil all over driver side. Spotless on passenger side. I've never fooled with hpop lines. Can some give me a link to find rebuild info. Oh yeah oil went in to the cavity and ran down the bell housing.

Could be something easy as an o-ring. You need to clean the oil off and see where the leak is before buying anything.

I never heard of anyone attempting to “rebuild” an HPOP line. You can get O-ring kits but that is the extent of trying to rebuild one. You can get one here

or you can go to the dealership and pay more for it, all depends how fast you need it. If that in fact is the issue, replace both of them at the same time. I replaced mine a few months ago and keep the old ones for spares in the tool box

Im sorry I didn't mean rebuild it . I meant fix it. What's a good way to clean the engine oil off .

Some Simple Green and a garden hose (no pressure washer) works real well.

Cover the power steering fill with sandwich bag. Don't want any water in there.
