Take a 7/8 lug nut and zip cut off flare part. Drop it in the top of kingpin and put a socket on lugnut with a 3/4 drive breaker bar! Heat it with a torch or one of those little torch bottles but get the yellow bottle MAPP gas one it's hotter than propane.
Other method I did was welded a big, like 1 1/2" socket to the top of kingpin and again with 3/4 drive breaker bar and cheater pipe cracked it loose. Did it while the weld still had lots of heat. |
Anyone that sells Spicer stuff should be able to get them. Randy's Ring & Pinion has them and they get them out right a way.

4 wheel drive factory
Big Allen Wrench,If you lived near me Id run it over.Actually I had the torch heating up the base, while i was on the end of a six foot extention pipe coming off that allen. 2 am with the snow coming down, the other side was much easier, looking back i probably did not have to replace the easy side.

well turns out both of those options were for 2wd trucks, im assuming one more hd than the other. i ordered my kits through bronco graveyard and they should be in tomorrow. it was the only place that i found the whole kits and it was only like 65 bucks per side i think. anyways ill post again when shes all back together again.

There's at least half a dozen vendors that sell the complete kit, most all of them are around the $70 range.
