I am looking for a complete cab for a 1978 F350

I need exhaust manifolds, later model FE (non-GT) for my 65.

Would you happen to have a usable, cast iron 45 degree thermostat tube / water outlet for a 400/351M? I've been after one for a while, but have only found substandard aluminum replacements.
