1999 F550 Powerstroke 6 speed 4wd Dump

1999 F550
7.3 Powerstroke
6 Speed 4WD

I built this truck for my own personal use. Nothing was overlooked or expense spared. I have receipts for at least 75% of things done. EVERYTHING was done by me other than the trans and transfer case rebuild. There is ZERO miles on ALL the NEW the parts I have installed

Truck was tore down to the rolling chassis. The entire frame, axles and NEW flatbed was sandblasted , primed with POR15 then topcoated with Valspar tractor Black
.
-The cab was also taken apart and sandblasted. The rocker panels were found to be rotten. NEW FORD ones were installed. The underside of the cab as well as the inside floor were painted with POR15. A used set of like new doors and fenders were sourced. They were disassembled and painted inside and out. The original hood was reused. PPG base/clear was used to paint the body Dark Shadow Gray. All panels were painted off the truck then reassembled. Extra sound deadening mat was installed under the factory mat on the firewall and trans tunnel(very quiet in cab). A NEW windshield was also installed

A used Excursion grill and chrome bumper was used. NEW headlights & marker lights were installed.

All 6 wheels were sandblasted and painted with POR15.

-The rear axle was gone thru. It received NEW pinion bearings and seal. The axle seals were also replaced. NEW pads & Like New rotors were also installed. NEW parking brake shoes were also installed. NEW Ford shocks were installed.

-The transfer case got a NEW range fork as well as a NEW Input coupler.

-The transmission got NEW bearings, synchronizers, & seals. It ALSO got a NEW UPDATED input shaft and output shaft. A NEW Organic South Bend clutch(375hp rating) was installed on cut flywheel.

-The front axle Got NEW Spicer axle u-joints. Ball joints were nice and tight, so they were just greased, along with the steering linkage. NEW pads were installed & Like New rotors. NEW sway bar end links were also installed. NEW Superwinch locking hubs were also installed. NEW Ford shocks were installed.

-The engine when REMOVED from the chassis received a thorough cleaning and painting. A NEW FORD oil pan was sourced, sanded to bare and POR15 was once again used. A NEW Melling LPOP was installed. A NEW FORD rear main seal was installed. A NEW NAPA water pump was installed. NEW FORD turbo up-pipes and donuts were installed. The EBPV was gutted for better exhaust flow and NEW O-rings were installed. NEW oil plugs were installed in the rear of the heads. 8 REBUILT Injectors from ROSEWOOD Diesel were installed. 2 New Glow plugs were installed and all UVCHs were tested. A NEW Glow Plug relay was installed. Exhaust manifolds were removed, sandblasted, drilled and tapped for a EGT probe and painted with high temp paint and reinstalled with NEW hardware. All the accessories brackets were removed, sandblasted and painted with high temp paint. A REBUILT alternator was installed. 2 NEW NAPA(DEKA) batteries were installed. New UPDATED radiator hoses. New A/C compressor, New accumulator dryer and Orifice tube.

All fluid were filled with NEW fluids to OEM specifications

-A High Flow Open air filter was installed

-The exhaust was opened up for High flow(lower EGTs)

-The interior was all gone thru and thoroughly cleaned

9 NEW lights were installed into the NEW custom Flatbed. Pressure treated lumber was tongue and grooved for strength then installed.

There is probably more, but I just cant remember it all

This is a RARE and HIGHLY functional truck. NO TIRE KICKERS.
I do NOT NEED to sell the truck. I know what I have into it(time and $$). Anyone buying this truck would have EASILY paid DOUBLE to do what I have done and not got the EXTRA effort to do it RIGHT!!!!!
