'93 F-150 SAS and Front Leaf Swap

I am getting ready to do a straight axel swap and front leaf spring conversion on my '93 F150 Reg Cab Short Bed. I have already acquired a D44 high pinion front axel and a set of late 70's F250 highboy front leaf springs. The best plan i have come up with so far is just to get a set of front leaf hangers for a late 70's F250 and fit them to my frame.

May also be relevant to mention that I am putting a D60 in the rear and putting swapping out the L6 under the hood for a carburated 351. Planning on running 35 inch tires and have 3inch body blocks as well as lift blocks that I planned on fitting accordingly to the rear axel to match height at front axel.

Anyone have any insight on this type of project or any ideas other than what I have listed as to how to approach this project?

How do you plan to run your speedometer?

Not sure on the speedo. It wasnt working long before i took the truck off the road to start this project anyhow though. Never did figure out everything behind how the speedo works on these trucks either. I have been told by some that it reads from the tranny and been told by others that it reads from the rear diff. Would welcome any insight into that as well although it is not priority at the moment. Thanks for the suggestion for FSB.

93 speedo will read off the VSS in the rear axle. the D-60 rear will not have provisions for a VSS
