Look at getting some Seafoam Deep Creep, it is a penetrating oil kind of like PB blaster, and if you soak the bolts a few times throughout a day it will help.

Deep Creep is some good stuff. Give it time to work. If that doesn't get em loosened up you might have to apply some heat.

thanks guys, can i just get deep creep at a parts store?

1 part acetone mixed with 1 part ATF, works better than ANY penetrating oil/lube.

Really? That might be a good trick. Where can i get acetone? Also by 1 part is that like one quart of acetone one quart of ATF? or just the same measurement of both. I was never good at the 1 part this 1 part that situation.

Of course... he means a relation of 1:1, and 1 qt. of acetone has exactly the same volume as 1 qt. of atf (supposing they both measure exactly 1/4 of a gallon, as they should). So it just means equal volumes of each fluid.

^^This, and you can get acetone just about anywhere, hardware store, auto parts store or hell you can steal it from your wife! haha

I would have to visit a store for it, i don't happen to be married or have a gf :P Now is it like rubbing alcohol or something?

Nail polish remover is made of acetone.

I had to use all of the above and a 3 foot breaker bar on my front end swore i was gonna twist the radius arm in half before the nuts broke loose... they didnt though.. my advice use more force even if you break a bolt or radius arm ( dont yhink tgats possible) you are replacing this stuff anyways..

will2045 03-18-2012 10:52 PM

well i got everything broke loose today except the bolts through the pieces of the axle that go into the pivot points. the rubber has the bolts are seized up and i cant get them to break from the rubber even with the nuts off of them

Captbs32 03-18-2012 10:54 PM

PB Blaster is another good one

I have never heard of it. Are you sure it isn't only in Venezuela?
