DRW stock tire size

I'm starting to do my homework for a new truck and I can't find the tire size for a DRW 4X2. I'm thinking after our AZ and Mexico winter trip next fall/winter it may be time to retire the old 2000 V10 workhorse.

I pulled this from the '12 order guide:

Thanks Matt, I'm comparing the RPM numbers with different rear ends against my 2000 V10 with 4.30 and 215/85/16 tires. The 6 speed makes for some interesting things to think about. The 6.2 is really close to my 2V V10 as far as torque so I'm looking at RPMs in different gears. So far I'm looking at 4.30, 4.56 and 4.88 :-X04

My truck with 4.30's is at about 2100 rpm at 70mph. I have the stock Michelin's (truck is 4wd) so they're a little bigger than the DRW 4x2 tires.

Don't forget the new 6spd has essentially 2 overdrives the way the ratio's are setup as well.

My '11 would run circles around around my old 2000 2v V10 (albeit had 3.73's). I loved my V10 but you get another type of BSEG with the 6.2. }>

I really have to plan what I get because we gross at 24K loaded up and on the road with our present truck. I'm not to concerned about empty because most of that is in town and most hwy is pulling the trailer. So for 4.88s would give me about the same RPM in 6th gear at 60 MPH as my 2000 in OD.

If you're always hooked up that heavy, I wouldn't hesitate to get the 4.88's.

Here's the ratio's of the 6R140 if it helps:

1st: 3.97
2nd: 2.32
3rd: 1.52
4th: 1.15
5th: .86
6th: .67
Reverse: -3.13
Span: 5.90

It won't be right away but I always like to be prepared just in case something major happens to our old trusty V10 :-X04. I also know that we will have to order what we want because I don't think we would find a 6.2 SC DRW White Lariat on the lot anywhere but we can always find a CG and stay for a while until one came in that we ordered :-wink
