I'd say highway 89, North of Kanab.

Also looks like a section of highway 20 going from I-15 over to 89 outside Panguitch. Utah's different regions vary a lot between them but INSIDE them it gets difficult to tell exactly where it is unless there's a tell tale something in the background

With your picture I'm assuming you're taking the boat to water so that's a clue :)

You are absolutely correct! :-X22 Just north of Kanab on Hwy 89... pulling home from Lake Powell in late September.

That one is a little tougher. Might be somewhere around 12 mile canyon. The mountain range between highway 89 and highway 10, Castle Dale on one side, Fairview, Manti area. That's my guess :)
