59500 miles on the new truck. 2010 F150 5.4L super crew lariat.
Had 188K on the 97 expedition 4.6L we got rid of a while ago.
Really loving these modular engines they have been really good to us minus a 06 5.4L but I am thinking it was abused now.

I have a 2001 ford f-150 crew cab lariat 5.4 engine with 425 thousand miles and still driving. most of those miles pulling a loaded 16 foot trailer.

And now we have a new winner----WOW and congrats on that mileage---very impressive! :-X22

Assuming you've been doing all the maintenance yourself---any major component failures along the way?

Well, my 97 scab kicked the bucket at 309k miles (t-case grenaded, motor runs like a top) and i picked up a 99 scab 4x4 5.4 last april wil 119k on it. Has 132k now.

Also, my dad's 03 scab fx4 4.6 is up to 308k now.

I never had a truck with the mod engine mine was an 88 with the 5.0 (drove her into a lake last year :( BUT I have had 3 cars with the 4.6.I had a 1996 Tbird that I gave to my grandmother at 212K,intake ended up cracking at 220K she drove it like that for months ended up losing all her coolant on a trip one day that the cooling fan also happened to go out,over heated and cracked a head.That was in August she drove it on 6 cylinders until last month when she got a new vehicle.I had a 1993 Lincoln Mark 8 with the 4V 4.6,bad a$$ engine,I gave to my brother at 190K it now has 202K on it running great.And I now have a 1998 Grand Marquis I got at 192K from some ghetto kids who ran the poor car into the ground I paid a cool $500 for her,replace every part of the cooling system,some new suspension parts and oil change and tune up (also gutted the cats,put 3 inch strait pipes from the cats back and put a cold air intake on)she's now at 213K and running smooth as could be.

The 4.6L is definitely a good little engine.

had the coil packs replaced 10k miles ago been running strong ever since then.

Just rolled 258000 miles yesterday. Other than crap mileage (under 10) its doing well.

Not nearly as many miles as some here, but my Expedition has almost 123000 on the 5.4 in it. No problems as of yet

My 2004 E250 had 519,000 miles on it before 3 deer totaled it. Never had any major problems with it. Just an A/C clutch, IAC valve, and fan blower motor. Mobil 1 fully synthetic since new every 10k miles
