Fuel leak
well it seems all the high milage wear parts decided to go out all at once.
i have a fuel leak behind passenger head from the fuel supply line. there is a rubber hose that connects to a metal line. seems a simple fix, anyone know where i could buy a kit,or new hose to attatch to the line? or do i have to buy a new section of line? I'll have all thses pesky easy fixes fixed soon (i hope) thanks in advance:-wink |

I did. Pic taken with fuel bowl removed while I was doing an HPOP R&R. Right in the center you can see where I added the the split hose and put the p-clamp back on. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/a...5&d=1309561786 |
270k,and its all orginal, only work ever done was service by ford.
i think its just the miles and age, just have to find where to buy a new line or replacement rubber line. |
it's behind the passenger head, where the lines dip down at the firewall and down behind the block,it looks like the metal line is incerted into a rubber line there,i could be wrong.
