Hey, you! Yeah, you...stop having fun!
I guess too many people were getting clunked in the head by errant objects.
Supervisors: No Frisbees on County Beaches Heaven forbid someone should have to ask someone else if they would mind moving their game to another area...no, we'll just ask the BOS to make a law. Better watch it, Sean...no digging holes over 18" deep. Time to get Adric a tape measure so he doesn't end up in the hoosegow :D |
Gotta love Commifornia!
All I can say is WOW. Pretty sad when the board of supervisors is wasting their time on something like this. |
I thought frisbees where known by the state of California to cause cancer? :D

Could be Mr. K, I dunno :-X03
These laws are only for LA County beaches. |
Wow, somebody has nothing better to do then waste time and spend taxpayer money. Sean and Jay, better let your offspring know that they can no longer have fun digging holes in the sand any deeper than 18 inches. Sort of limits the size of a sand castle unless you just build numerous holes. :) I can see the lifeguards being swamped with beach patrons asking them for permits to play Frisbee. And while they are filling out all these permits, who is watching their area of the water?

Lifeguards with tape measures. What the hell is going on in peoples brains.

Viral in just minutes. Cool, the public has spoken. :) Interesting that someone in London would comment on the situation. Maybe s/he has a summer mansion out here in LA County somewhere.
