1959 F-100 Leaf spring bushings

I'm having all four leaf springs reconditioned an retempered on my truck and was shocked at the cost of the replacement original bushings at around $100.

This consists of four front rubbers and two rear from the front springs, and four bushings for the rear springs.

Any recommendations as to modern polyurethane / hardened plastic replacements? What with the reconditioning, which over here will cost $540.00 another $100 for the bushings is making it an expensive job !!

Dennis Carpenter's 1957/66 truck repro parts catalog on pages 28 & 29 (2011 paper version), has 1957/60 F100: front spring bushings for $2.00 each, rear spring bushings for $12.00 each.
