Fuel Filter

Any problems with putting the fuel filter under the cab, out of sight?

You can put a filter almost anywhere. But they work best the closer to the carb you can get it. That way, they have the best chance of catching all of the junk that might be in the lines or pump, not just in the tank.

I have mine under the cabs, out of sight. My theory, less chance of getting heat soaked and vaporlock and the fuel coming into the pump is filtered.

I put mine in the frame rail just before the fuel pump.
