Does a hand gesture qualify as an action?Can it be seen on Lake Erie from California?

Hi all the columbus swap was a no score for me.Seen Larry there also at the Piston power show along with your wagon.At columbus there was alot of nice stuff for sale in the car corral.

Bought a 1951 ford F1 today. Pick it up tomorrow. Looks like its just another parts vehicle.
