Yep.... My wife and daughters are up in Faquire at my folks house ( hence the free time) so I raked 13 bags of leaves and still had time to mess with the truck.... Nice to be productive once in a while.... Haha

Nice projects guys and great looking rig John! This last week was a kick in the seat for me. I trained a new as I'm the "on the job instructor" for the station. By the time Saturday hit and my bride and I got back from going out to eat, I've been in a vegetative state since. I'm off today so I may get out of my PJ pants and put up some Christmas decor.

Wiring Help

I did a couple small mods over the long weekend.

I installed WeatherTech mud flaps, I really liked them by the way. Easy to install, no drilling of any type, and a perfect fit.

I also installed the Upfitter switch kit I picked up because my truck did not come with them. That was also fairly easy, except for getting to the harness plug the Upfitter plugged into, whoa, what a tight fit. Does anybody have a pic under their dash where they routed the wire harness to the switch bank and where the hole is that we are supposed to connect the tied in wire loom holder — the little white push in holder?

I've got a couple of questions in regards to wiring these switches that you may be able to help with. I'm I correct to assume that if I want to add driving/fog lights to my bull nose that as long as I use a switch with the correct size relay that I won't need an additional relay that one usually uses when installing lights like these?

Second question I have is I want to use one of my switches to hook up to my running lights that go to my trailer harness so I can flash my trailer lights while towing. Has anyone ever done this, or does anybody have a clear wiring schematic that shows where the trailer lights harness is behind the dash?

Any advice would be most appreciated.
Thanks,

Grandma decided on Wednesday that she would disclose the fact that she had my late grandpa's boyhood .22 and gave it to me. I made a gun rack for it on Sunday.:D
