The ultimate truck rack and tool box

So I designed this truck box/rack below, and never really found a place to have someone give me an estimate or even a place that was capable of constructing something like it.

Any one throw a rough estimate on this puppy?
anyone suggest someone to build it for me in Southern California?

I Havent brought this up in the area-specific forum but will figured Id see what info I could learn here first.

the drivers side compartment that is verticle will be great for hanging chains, or what ever.
the two bottom pics are from a birds eye overhead view..
and yes the box will be notched for a single 4 inch stack :D

what do you all think?

any good welding shop should be able to fab...IMHO, I would go aluminum- you are likely looking at $1k to $2k depending on material cost.

thanks! I talked to 3 different welding shops in north San Diego county they said they didnt have something to bend the diamond plate. I do know a guy that does NHRA cert roll cages i havent brought it up to him yet but he's just coming out of his busy season with everyone breaking their stuff this last summer... HA

yes I would like to use aluminum its cheaper so I hear, and wont rust.
