Florida vehicle inspection?
 
I recently moved to Florida. I'm wondering what sort of inspection if any would be performed on a 97' PSD. I'm thinking of adding a test pipe to kill the clogged cat but want to make sure I would have no problems doing so. There is a bunch of loud diesel rigs in the area but I'm guessing they might be just straight piped behind the cat. Any ideas?

My cousin lives in Bay County in Panama City Beach and they have no inspection.

They inspect that the VIN matches the title. Then they inspect to see if you've paid the fees to transfer your title to Florida.
