1998 mazda b2500-replaced maff-ioc-dpfe-ran all electrical and vaccumm tests. then removed upper intake and cleaned all carbon deposits. still getting code p1401. any suggestions on what to do next other than running it off a cliff?

what is an IOC?

did you clean /check/repalce the EGR valve and the hoses
