size of FX4 decals?

I have a 01' supercrew and I want to put fx4 decals on. I found some on eBay that measure 4"x 16.5 is this what I need?

I have a 2002 Supercrew, the FX4 off road decal measures 4" x 16 and 1/2" ish.The top of the decal leans forward about 2inches. The total length, taking this into account, is 16 1/2.
