LN 700 owners manual
I bought a 1984 LN 700 on a farm sale about a year ago. It didn't have an owners manual with it. I have tried to find one from numerace places ever since but have had no luck. I've found some for a year or two off but I don't know how close they would be. Does anyone have any suggestions?
One problem I had was that I set the parking brake and when I tried to start it again the starter drive went out and I couldn't move it till I got it fixed and started. I don't know what the brake system is called. There must be some way to release them if the truck can't be started. I don't know if the owners manual would cover that kind of thing or not. Helm (helminc.com) has printed all of FoMoCo's literature since the 1940's, has all sorts of manuals available for older vehicles. faxonautolit.com has used and reprints of owners/shop manuals, original sales brochures and etc. The 1980/89 Ford Heavy Truck Parts Catalog is available on a CD from hipoparts.com |
